Ski Area Hochstein:

 

Lienz has the privilege of having two ski areas in one city. Hochstein has a special profile and there is only one World cup skiing area in Eastern-Tirol and that is Hochstein. Well trained skiers love his difficult ski-tracks. Hochstein with his 7 km. down-hill track stops directly in the city of Lienz. It is a special feeling when you are finishing, just as the world best skiers, strait into the village.

Due to his difficult tracks Hochstein is already for many years a part of the world cup skiing for ladies. On the Hochstein tracks you can train for the Down-hill, the super G , the slalom and the giant slalom.
